METHOD: Boil aloo and peel its skin. Mash it and add all the masala and make small tikiya.or cutlets. Now take white flour add oil salt and baking soda plus water to make a thick paste. Dip tikya in paste and deep fry it until golden brown.

Steps to make Potato(aloo) ki tikkiyan:
  1. Take a pan add water.when water is hot then add potato and boil them.
  2. Mash potatao and then add all ingredients and mx well.
  3. Make tikkiyan.
  4. Take a bowl add egg.then 1 by 1 tikkyan dip into egg.
  5. Add 3 tbs oil on tawa and fry them.
  6. Ready to serve.
